I've never understood the usefulness of these kind of lists in first place.

Actually, I believe this can be helpful if you'd post the links to each thread; thus, showing how the badge can/could've been acquired. Threads like this are actually useful for trying to figure out how to qualify/apply for a badge, but since MO is new (like you said), there really aren't any badges that we can apply for (which are generally permanent) -- exculding the badges acquired from events.

This is what I mean by posting the links to each thread

That would be so awesome if we could earn badges! Then we can show them off to other werewolves/vampires or share them with the gentle humans.

Earning badges are easy and you CAN earn them right now. Look at my badges, I have 3 and another 1 on it's way. I will soon be making an event with probably a Badge Reward and you can also join that!

They are here till admin manually removes them. Or till forum gets another modification where not all data can be kept, like there was forum merge a while ago, or forum data cleaning or something. Otherwise they will be here all the time.

But even if something would happen you can still join new events and earn new badges. That's not a problem. ^^
